Lecture for children in Nemo Science museum

Dr Pernette Verschure gave a scientific lecture for children answering the question 'Why are we human all so different from each other?' in Nemo Science museum Amsterdam, 18 March 2018. Dr Verschure explained the basics of genetics, how epigenetic principles determine cell type behavior and that environmental factors can change our epigenome such that even monozygotic twins can become different from each other. The lecture also consisted of demonstrations and small experimental tests to illustrate this knowledge.
