EpiPredict second annual meeting, DKFZ, Heidelberg, 20-27 February 2017

The second EpiPredict annual meeting with the Early Stage Researchers, was organized at the DKFZ, Heidelberg, Germany, 20-27 January 2017.

It included:

  • Workshop breast cancer epigenetics, genomics, proteomics, metabolomics analysis, by Prof. Wiemann, Dr Magnani, Prof. Vanoni.
  • Synthetic biology tools workshop by Prof. Fussenegger
  • Lectures by researchers from the Institute of Cancer Research, Oslo, Norway, Prof. Vessela Kristensen, Dr Thomas Fleischer and Dr Xavier Tekpli.
  • Science Café 'Applying epigenetics in breast cancer treatment'
  • Lecture by and discussion with EpiPredict visiting scientist/external advisory board member Prof. Henk Stunnenberg.
  • The EpiPredict Mid-Term Review meeting with our EC Project Officer and external reviewer.
